The large facility comprising of 200 employees provides a diverse range of services to local and international markets. A significant portion of Motherson Lumen’s product is developed by Australia’s R&D and Engineering teams. This includes complex Black Box programs involving concept, design, manufacture, testing, delivery and support. This is made possible through a multi-divisional group of teams including engineering, procurement, production, warehousing, quality, sales, customer service and graphic design. Motherson Lumen Innovative Solutions boast world class facilities including a production area capable of vehicle conversions, an environmental test laboratory for product validation, a workshop for trial fitments and a large warehouse.
