In 2014, Motherson Lumen founded Motherosn Lumen Thailand as a means of servicing growing global demand. The facility based in Rayong, Thailand has quickly developed into an important sales and manufacturing office for Motherson Lumen. The factory specialises in the manufacturing of wiring harnesses, vehicle lighting, plastic components and body electronics. The custom built 3,500m² facility has over 60 employees covering manufacturing, quality, material control, engineering, finance, sales, and customer service. Motherson Lumen Thailand features an onsite production validation laboratory to ensure product quality. Streamlined logistics are provided through the utilisation of advanced warehousing and stock management systems such as report generation and automated order monitoring.
